• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on building safety, asset compliance, and statutory obligations.
• Produce reports and performance data for senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance targets and KPIs are achieved.

Compliance Manager (Housing & Property Compliance)

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the delivery of property compliance and building safety services across a diverse property portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies, policies, and procedures that ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of compliance professionals, oversee audit and assurance programmes, manage contractors and consultants, and drive continuous improvement across compliance and safety functions.
