Formación

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally in commercial property.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, leases and service charges.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance and performance.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, landlords and tenants, building strong relationships.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Oversee lease management including rent reviews, renewals and dilapidations.
• Identify opportunities to improve value and reduce voids through asset management activities.
