Job description

Job Title: Property Coordinator

As a Property Coordinator within our Basingstoke branch, your main duties will include advising and supporting our customers and clients, coordinating with third parties to ensure move-out appointments are maintained, and ensuring properties are returned to landlords without additional charges or misallocation, minimizing void periods. You will also deliver updates, escalate cases when necessary, and keep records up to date. Additionally, you may be asked to cover for colleagues and other teams within MHM on an ad hoc basis.

Role Criteria:
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize a large workload
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Candidates should be aware that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks prior to employment. To qualify for this contract, you must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years to pass all security checks.
