ABOUT THE ROLE

The role involves clinical responsibilities such as recording observations on weight and blood pressure and performing simple wound dressings. You'll be a role model and trusted figure, building relationships within the home and externally.
ABOUT YOU
You need senior-level care experience, including supervising others and understanding clinical care for older adults. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and willingness to undertake the assessor qualification are required. Your caring approach, strong communication skills, enthusiasm, tenacity, and integrity are essential.
