Job summary

OPRA GROUP is seeking a Property Claims Account Handler to manage a portfolio of property and liability claims within the real estate and commercial property sector. You will handle claims from initial notification through to settlement while building strong relationships with clients, brokers, insurers and internal teams.

You will report to the Account Manager and be involved in liaising with policyholders across the UK and Europe, ensuring professional service, timely settlements and accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate insurance and handling commercial property claims.
• Familiarity with loss adjusting processes and client/broker interactions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and professional standards in claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle property and liability claims promptly and professionally.
• Manage a portfolio of claims from instruction to conclusion.
• Liaise with policyholders, insurers, brokers and stakeholders to drive resolutions.
• Produce accurate reports and maintain claim records throughout the lifecycle.
