Sedgwick is hiring a Domestic Loss Adjuster for the South East region (Redhill/Reigate/Tunbridge Wells/Kingston upon Thames). You will manage domestic property damage claims, visit clients at home, coordinate contractor visits and settle claims with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence is essential and you must be able to travel by car.
• Knowledge of how a home insurance policy operates and the basics of domestic property.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Good time management; you will plan your week and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Redhill/Reigate/Tunbridge Wells/Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas.
• Visit customers at their homes as part of the claim process.
• Coordinate visits from contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Settle each claim with empathy and fairness.
