Job summary

KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading housing organisation for a Technical Case Handler. This is a full-time temporary role, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week), with the possibility of becoming permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer-focused team, managing property-related cases from enquiry through to resolution. You'll act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure issues are

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage damp & mould, disrepair, and property compliance cases.
• Provide regular updates and support to customers throughout their journey.
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Escalate issues and delays where necessary.
• Support complaint resolution and Housing Ombudsman cases.
