Job summary

The Auction Company in the United Kingdom is recruiting Field Sales Executives to drive new business for property auctions from Nottingham and across the UK. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings potential and no guaranteed income or leads.

You will identify property owners, prospect, build relationships with estate agents and investors, and present auction as a credible sale route. Full training and access to AUCTRA CRM support your success.

Qualifications

• Self-employed with proven track record in field sales.
• Able to generate opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working without guaranteed leads or salary.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify property owners who may benefit from an auction sale.
• Generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and local relationships.
• Speak with sellers and understand their circumstances.
• Build relationships with estate agents, investors and property professionals.
• Present auction as a credible solution for motivated sellers.
• Manage opportunities through the AUCTRA platform.
• Work alongside the auction team through to a successful sale.
