Are you an organised, proactive administrator with construction experience looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We're working with an established and growing property business that is looking for a Property & Construction Administrator to join its team in North London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy business and wants a role that combines property administration, construction support and day-to-day operational coordination.
Working closely with the Managing Director, Head of Residential and Building Surveyor, you'll play an important role in keeping the business running smoothly. You'll provide essential administrative support across the residential and surveying functions, while gaining exposure to property management, construction projects, contractors and wider business operations.
You’ll take ownership of a varied workload, supporting the property and surveying teams with everything from tenant administration and correspondence through to contractor documentation and construction project support.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and commercially aware, with the confidence to work across both property and construction environments.
This is more than a traditional administration role. You’ll become a key member of a growing property business, working closely with senior decisionmakers and gaining valuable exposure across residential property, construction, surveying and project administration. There are also excellent opportunities for progression and development, with the chance to take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career as the business continues to grow.
