Bell Cornwall Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a reliable Property Administrator for an estate agency in Oldbury, dealing with commercial properties (offices, industrial units, and retail centres). As an Administration Assistant, you will support the Estates Management team, handle tenant concerns, manage the Property Management System, and perform various administrative tasks. Flexibility is essential to assist the office team as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, suppliers, and other callers
  • Undertake training as needed
  • Coordinate meter readings during tenant changes
  • Support the Office Manager and handle legal documents
  • Monitor stationery supplies and provide reception coverage
  • Maintain confidentiality of tenant and company data
  • Follow health, safety, and security protocols
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess basic computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hold GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
  • Prior administration or customer care experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of property management is advantageous
  • Be reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Maintain a presentable appearance and communicate proficiently in English
  • Be ambitious, flexible, and maintain a positive attitude
