Lettings Assistant - MUST HAVE SOCIAL HOUSING EXPERIENCE

Location: Dartford (Office Based)

Working hours: 08:45am - 17:30pm, 5 days a week

Salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum

Requirements: Must have a driving license

About the role
  • Answering phone calls, dealing with tenants, and handling maintenance requests
  • Changing bills and managing general admin duties
  • Preparing documents for tenants moving into properties
  • Liaising with property owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Managing tenancy agreements
  • Issuing quotations, specifications, and Variations Orders (VOs) accurately and promptly
  • Handling queries and adjusting appointments as needed
  • Collaborating with supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work
  • Updating and modifying information as work progresses
About you
  • IT literate
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance sector terminology
  • Experience in social housing
  • Planning experience is desirable but not essential
