Job Description:

is seeking a Tenant/Property Administrator to work for a company based in London.

The role will require you to be based at their office near Oxford Circus at least 2 days a week and then 2 days at their client’s site in Ealing. The 5th day can be your choice if you want to work from home or in the office!

This role would suit someone with outstanding customer service as you will be responsible for all tenant issues.

Duties include:

  • Arranging repairs, maintenance and refurbishments for social housing purpose-built blocks.
  • Monitoring contractors and on-site works
  • Carrying out internal mid-term inspections
  • Ensuring the properties meet compliance and Health & Safety standards
  • Recording and reporting all compliance and maintenance issues
  • Experience dealing with social housing would be ideal
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Desirable Requirements:

ARLA, NFOPP or other relevant industry qualifications
Previous experience with FIXLO, MRI, DATASTATION or other property management systems

Hours:Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary:£25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
