We're looking for an Administrator to join our friendly SIPP Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork, and delivering great service, while building a career within a growing and supportive business.
Based in Glasgow, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement and the chance to learn from experienced colleagues in a specialist area of pensions and property administration.
A snapshot of your day:
- Process and support SIPP property transactions for property core processes
- Process SIPP property transactions for property sub processes
- Ensure all client/advisor process transactions meet legal and legislative requirements in their execution
- Escalate legal and legislative issues in the first instance to the Property Team Leader and/or follow BWSIPP established escalation protocols
- Liaise proactively with SIPP members, their financial advisers, solicitors and other property professionals ensuring process transactions /expectations are completed/met within SLA and or in a timely manner
- Support SIPP property SME in developing suitable /appropriate technical training
- Support, Implement and Maintain Information Security procedures and activities in accordance to Barnett Waddingham’s Information Security Policy
We would love to hear from if you have:
- Have previous administration experience, although experience within pensions, property or financial services is not essential.
- Are organised, accurate and have good attention to detail.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and building positive relationships with others.
- Have strong communication skills and a professional approach.
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
