Job summary

Howden in Glasgow is seeking an Administrator to join the SIPP Property team. The role focuses on processing property transactions, ensuring compliance, and delivering high standards of service in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

You will work with experienced colleagues in pensions and property administration, supporting the team to meet SLAs and develop specialist knowledge within a growing, supportive business.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with pensions or property admin is a plus.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Process and support SIPP property transactions for core processes.
• Handle SIPP property transactions for sub processes.
• Ensure legal/legislative compliance in execution of transactions.
• Escalate issues following the defined protocols to the Property Team Leader.
• Liaise with SIPP members, advisers, solicitors and other professionals to meet SLA timelines.
• Support SIPP property SME with technical training development.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining information security procedures.
