Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Administrator located in Cheltenham. The Property Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing property listings, coordinating viewings, developing marketing materials, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves handling property management tasks, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring timely rent collection. Additional tasks include coordinating maintenance and repairs, updating client files, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management and Real Estate prefered but no required
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
