Rolls-Royce is seeking a Proof Inspector for Turbine Systems at the Advanced Blade Casting Facility in Rotherham. You will develop, execute and review measurement programs using coordinate measurement techniques to support part validation, investigations and improvements.
You will work in a small team in a modern inspection room, with occasional training at Derby and Rotherham sites, reporting to the Production Operations team within Manufacturing Engineering.
Job Description Proof Inspector - Turbine Systems Rotherham Full Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proof Inspector within the ABCF The Advanced Blade Casting Facility at the Advanced Manufacturing Park in Rotherham is focused on high-volume single crystal HP and IP turbine blade manufacture; employing world-class automated processes and integrated manufacturing systems. The successful applicant will join a small team working in a modern, bespoke dimensional proof inspection room. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, executing, and reviewing measurement programs using coordinate measurement techniques in support of part validation, investigations, and improvements.

You will be based at the Rotherham site but may need to work or train at both the Derby and the Rotherham sites as and when required, and you will work for the production operations team but will be managed daily through the manufacturing Engineering function.
