Job summary

LSi Ltd, a Promotional Merchandise distributor, seeks a Sales Account Manager at our Cleckheaton head office. The role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing accurate quotations with best branding advice.

You will work across departments to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate confident communication, a proven sales track record, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Track record in sales with proven performance.
• Ability to identify decision makers and upsell within target customers.
• Experience selling promotional merchandise and related services.

Responsibilities

• Generate business from new/existing customers and build long lasting relationships.
• Identify and contact key decisions makers.
• Identify and up sell additional products/services within target customers.
• Manage internal customer database and ensure all records are current and updated.
• Deliver targets in a dynamic, target driven environment.
• Provide input for new ideas to progress the company.
• Process quotations to orders and liaise with Sales Administration.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries by phone, email or web inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with customers via meetings, calls and emails.
• Gather market info and feedback on buying trends.
• Monitor own performance to meet/exceed targets.
