Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum demonstrable experience in a sales or account management role.
• Proven track record of managing existing accounts and winning new business.
• Familiarity with B2B interactions, OEMs, and subcontract suppliers.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Ability to build trust and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Understanding pricing, margins and overall profitability.
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate manufacturing requirements clearly.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for existing customers and new prospects.
• Understand customer operations and manufacturing requirements to propose solutions.
• Coordinate with scheduling, production and quality teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Identify and engage potential new customers for the company capabilities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals to win new business.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to grow the customer portfolio.
• Set targets with the site manager and review progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales progress.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and insights for management.
