Job summary

University of Cambridge's Mitochondrial Biology Unit seeks a Research Coordinator to support the ARIA-funded Pro-MiT project. You will be the central point for project plans, milestones, and coordination between the Project Lead, workstreams, partners and university services.

You will ensure timely reports, Go/No-Go reviews, financial monitoring, meetings, and visits while maintaining compliance with ARIA and university requirements. A degree and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent; experience in project or programme administration.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills; ability to synthesise scientific information.
• Experience supporting externally funded international programmes and grant compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans and milestones for Pro-MiT.
• Coordinate quarterly reporting and Go/No-Go reviews.
• Monitor budgets and financial information for the programme.
• Manage partner communications and schedule programme meetings/visits.
• Ensure compliance with ARIA–University requirements.
