Job summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking an organised and proactive Course Administrator to support delivery of the PREMIA MPhil in Precision Medical Imaging and AI. You will play a central role in establishing and supporting an innovative postgraduate programme interfacing research, imaging technology and clinical practice.

Based in the Department of Radiology, you will coordinate a broad range of teaching activities, provide high-quality administrative support, and work with students and staff

Qualifications

Educated to HND/HNC or Level 4/5 standard or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in a comprehensive administrative or coordination role.
Highly organised, methodical and accurate with ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong IT proficiency.
Experience in postgraduate course administration and committee support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate academic timetabling, meetings and committees, coursework and assessment processes, examinations, student communications and programme events.
Support financial administration, maintain accurate records and collate data for reporting purposes.
Assist with monitoring programme activities and expenditure.
