Projects NQ Solicitor, Bristol, Remote working £75,000

OPPORTUNITY:

Our client is a leading national Top 50 law firm seeking to expand their L500-rated Projects department in Bristol with an NQ solicitor or associate solicitor.

WORK:

This role involves advising public and private sector clients on various forms of commercial contracting. You will work on a broad range of projects, focusing on negotiating, drafting, coordinating, and advising on PPP projects, joint ventures (property & commercial), collaborative arrangements, related financing, construction contracts, facilities management and services contracts, and public procurement. The client base includes major public sector and quasi-public sector bodies such as police authorities, universities, colleges, schools (including academies), NHS trusts, local authorities, government departments, private sector PPP operators, contractors, FM providers, investors, and funders.

BACKGROUND:

Ideally, you will have completed a six-month seat in a Projects or Commercial department during your training. The role offers a top market rate salary (£75,000), a benefits package, and remote working options.
