We are looking for a commercial procurement solicitor to join a Top 50 UK Law Firm to join an exceptional commercial team based in Cardiff. This firm are award winning and a wonderful place to work!

This commercial team work on a wide range of commercial work across a range of sectors to include local authorities, defence/security, education, health and social care and more. You'll be advising public and private sector clients, including household names on some large and high profile bidding projects.

You will be working on your own commercial caseload advising on procurement. You'll be working on the design of procurement processes, drafting procurement documents and advising on the intricacies on a technical level.

The successful commercial solicitor will have a strong background in procurement work. This could either be gained as part of a wider commercial caseload or stand alone. Ideally, you will have worked with public sector clients. Perhaps you are currently inhouse and looking to move back to the variety of private practice?

drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts. Ideally, this will be in IP, Technology, data protection or procurement. If you are an NQ, you must atleast have a seat in commercial contracts and show an interest in this.
