Construction Solicitor - Bristol

We are looking for a construction solicitor who is between NQ - 3 to join this exceptional construction team to work on a range of non contentious construction matters. If you are an NQ with a training seat in construction, please apply!

This construction team work for a broad range of clients from public bodies to property developers, purchasers to contractors, you will be working on a high quality of construction work.

You will be working on matters from inception to completion on a non contentious caseload. Working on important infrastructure projects, your caseload will include the preparation and negotiation of construction documents, drafting performance bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties.

The successful construction solicitor will have experience in non contentious construction. You must be comfortable with negotiating and drafting construction contracts, warranties, appointments and providing due diligence as part of a real estate transaction. If you are an NQ solicitor, hoping to qualify into non contentious construction - you must have a high calibre of construction experience as part of a training seat.
