Projects Procurement Specialist

Location: Sheffield / Hybrid Working

Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri).

Role:

In this position, you will be the procurement subject matter expert, autonomously designing, leading, and delivering complex OJEU/Find a Tender/above-threshold public procurement processes in compliance with the prevailing public procurement legislative regime across the Bank’s procurement pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking commercial procurement options appraisals, making recommendations for consideration and decision-making by the Bank’s senior leadership, and autonomously managing complex procurement processes.

Extensive experience in designing and leading large, multi-vendor, complex OJEU/Find a Tender public procurement processes is essential. You should also have significant experience developing and implementing strategic procurement strategies. Additionally, you must confidently advise, work with, and influence senior stakeholders to manage complex issues while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.
