Job summary

CO Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to oversee installations and ensure high quality service in Leyland and the North of England. You will review contracts, coordinate surveyors, manage fitting teams, and liaise with trades to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, site management or installation management.
Knowledge of the window/conservatory industry desirable.
Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Review contracts, issue work to surveyors and assist with technical challenges to meet deadlines.
Schedule work for fitting teams and external contractors for smooth building work.
Be the first point of contact with trades to ensure continuity of work and customer satisfaction.
Attend sites to oversee installations, ensure health and safety standards and client satisfaction.
Ensure contracts are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
Develop strong relationships with external/internal stakeholders including customers, suppliers and dealers.
