Job summary

CO Home Improvements are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to join us in Leyland to ensure installations run smoothly and customers receive excellent quality and service.

You will review contracts, coordinate surveyors and fitting teams, oversee site operations, and maintain health and safety and high standards for every project.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the window/conservatory industry is desirable.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability bring installations in on completion date.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving budgets and maintaining profitability.
  • Excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with industry and new product developments.
  • Strong technical capability, with the ability to understand the theory of installation processes
  • Good commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to provide strong leadership and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts, issuing work to surveyors, and assisting surveyors with technical challenges, ensuring deadlines.
  • Schedule work for fitting teams and other external contractors ensuring that all building work runs smoothly.
  • Be the first point of contact for liaising with all trades to ensure smooth continuity of work and a first:class operation for customers.
  • Attend site to oversee any issues that may arise with the installations, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, site housekeeping standards are maintained, and the client is satisfied with the installation.
  • Ensure contracts are completed on time and to a high:quality standard
  • To develop excellent working relationships with external and internal stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and dealers.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manger to join us to ensure installations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent quality and service.


Key Responsibilities Include

What We Are Looking For

If you have Project Management, Site Management or Installation Management experience we would love to hear from you. Key experience we are looking for:
