Job summary

CO Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee installations and coordinate contracts for window and conservatory projects across our networks. You will drive project delivery from contract review to final completion, aligning teams and stakeholders for a first-class customer experience.

In this role you will manage surveys, scheduling, and on-site oversight, ensuring health and safety standards are met and profitability is maintained while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• PM experience in home improvement installations.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate contractors.
• Knowledge of window/conservatory installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and assign work to surveyors and installers.
• Schedule work for fitting teams and external contractors.
• Be the main contact for trades to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee site issues, ensure health and safety compliance.
• Ensure timely, high-quality contract completion.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and dealers.
