Job summary

Seloxium is seeking an experienced Projects and Grants Lead to coordinate our portfolio of technical, commercial and grant-funded projects. Reporting to the COO, you will establish clear project ownership, ensure on-time delivery within budget and compliance with funding requirements.

This hands-on role requires cross-functional leadership across R&D, engineering, operations, commercial and finance, developing delivery plans, managing risks, and supporting new grant applications and awarded

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project or programme management.
• Experience with grant-funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Seloxium's portfolio of technical development, pilot deployment, customer, commercial and grant-funded projects.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and manage budgets, risks and deadlines.
• Establish efficient project management systems and collaborate with U&D, operations, finance and senior leadership.
