Role Overview

As a Project Associate, you will support the property team with administrative and organisational tasks to ensure project success. Responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, and supporting project managers.

This role requires an organised, systematic approach, a passion for teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a fun, dynamic attitude. You will help us realize our vision of reimagining early years education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Prepare proposals, contracts, maintain files, schedule meetings, and document minutes.
  • Project Coordination: Support planning, execution, and closing of projects, monitor timelines and budgets, organize resources, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and prepare reports and updates.
  • Procurement and Resources: Source materials, maintain inventory, and track purchases.
  • Other Duties: General support and process improvements.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably in construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software.
  • IT skills, self-motivated, target-driven, and decision-oriented.
