Project Coordinator - Men's Health, London

Movember is the global leader in men’s health, focusing on mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Since 2003, we have expanded internationally, raised over $1 billion, and funded more than 1,320 projects worldwide.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for Men’s Health to join our London team. This role involves operational coordination of strategic projects related to men’s health promotion and reimagining masculinities, supporting community and online interventions.

The coordinator will work closely with various internal functions across the globe, including Research, Marketing, Partnerships, Advocacy, and MEL, providing operational and administrative support to key projects aligned with our strategic priorities.

Reporting and Focus

The role reports to the Director of the Global Men’s Promotion Initiative and primarily supports the Young Men’s Health Promotion and Reimagining Masculinities initiatives, executing the Movember Institute Implementation Plan.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in project coordination within health, community, health promotion, or not-for-profit sectors
• Passion for improving men’s health through evidence-based programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skills in project coordination, time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and risk management
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
• Understanding of performance measurement
• Proficiency with systems like Asana
• Ability to handle ambiguity and think on your feet
• Flexibility to attend calls outside normal hours and participate in global meetings
• Knowledge of mental health, health promotion, masculinities, or gender studies
