Projects & Branch Support Coordinator – Neville Lumb – Glasgow

As a Projects & Branch Support Coordinator in our Glasgow branch (ML4 3NP), your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating customer projects: order call-offs, deliveries, stock, credit limits, after-sales, updates.
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Building relationships with key suppliers.
  • Supporting warehouse operations: goods in/out, order picking, loading (training provided), using a forklift when needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in coordination, administration, or customer support roles.
  • Organized, proactive, good communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to learn, collaborate, and support warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders.
