Role Overview: As a Projects & Branch Support Coordinator based in our Glasgow branch (ML4 3NP), you will:

  • Coordinate customer projects, including order call-offs, deliveries, stock, credit limits, after sales, and updates.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers to improve service.
  • Support warehouse operations, assisting with goods in/out, order picking, and loading. Training for forklift use provided.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in coordination, administration, or customer support roles.
  • Organized, proactive, with good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Willing to learn, collaborate, and support warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
