Job description

Project Workers Needed Across Numerous Homeless Charities!

If you are looking for a new role and have experience as a Project Worker, please submit your CV now!

We are working with numerous homeless charities that are regularly looking for Project Workers to cover on a temporary basis.

Pay

£14.50 + holiday pay = £16.25 or £18 umbrella per hour

Role Responsibilities
  • Providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Conducting assessments and support plans.
  • Delivering one-to-one sessions.
  • Completing and updating handover notes.
  • Assisting with clients' care plans alongside key workers and staff, including shadowing appointments.
  • Performing light cleaning duties to meet health and safety standards.
  • Managing a caseload with independence and prioritization.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with the ability to work independently and manage workload proactively.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships with clients.
  • Experience working with clients with dual diagnoses.
  • Basic IT skills for completing handover notes.
  • Ability to handle clients with pets, mostly dogs, with risk assessments in place.

Note: A DBS check with both Adult and Child Enhanced levels, registered on the update service, is required.
