Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Swindon seeks a Project Worker to support individuals with learning and physical disabilities. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and update support plans.

Skills

Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs

Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs

Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records

Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
