We are looking for individuals with a range of skills to help us meet our mission.

HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity, working with around 1,000 local people annually to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

It is an exciting time to join HARP. The organization has experienced significant growth over the past year, and we have ambitious plans to continue transforming lives.

About The Role

Applicants must be available for an interview on 27th May 2025.

Are you motivated and passionate about making a difference in your community? Are you available on weekends on a rota basis? If so, we invite you to join our housing management team as a Housing Project Worker.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a person-centred accommodation service, including support for residents with complex needs.
  • Skills in holistic assessment of needs, support, risk, and multi-agency casework planning.
  • Organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a psychologically informed environment and creative in service delivery.
  • Resilient and motivated by a dynamic, busy environment.
  • Understanding of the regulatory and financial environment of accommodation-based support.
