Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Project Worker to join our homelessness service at John Baker House, Salisbury. You will support customers who have experienced homelessness, assess needs, update support plans, and be the first point of contact for queries.

Build relationships that respect privacy and dignity, and work with external partners to boost confidence, health and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness
• Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)

Your role

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential

(This role is sometimes also referred to as Support Worker, Support Assistant, or Independent Living Assistant).
