Job summary

VolkerWessels UK, through VolkerFitzpatrick, is seeking a Senior Surveyor for Sizewell C. You will drive commercial success of major works, manage costs, contracts and project performance from start to finish, and provide commercial leadership with project teams and stakeholders.

On-site candidates with 5+ years of maintenance contract experience will oversee onsite measures, negotiate NEC contracts and related sub-conditions, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and

• Experience with onsite measures and practical site controls.
• Knowledge of NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions.
• Familiarity with other forms of contract is desirable.
