The role offers hybrid working and development opportunities as the contract grows, with scope to mentor junior commercial staff and potentially manage an Assistant Surveyor in the future.
WPS are working with a long-standing social housing partner to deliver an exciting decarbonisation and retrofit programme aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and creating lasting benefits for residents. Experience of retrofit, decarbonisation, SHDF or PAS 2035-led programmes would be highly advantageous. The role may also develop into managing and mentoring an Assistant Surveyor as the programme expands.
