Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Project Support Team Leader to oversee the operational delivery of key project support activities at Murphy project sites. You will act as the process and system expert for daily tools and mentor 5–8 coordinators, interfacing with PMs, site managers, and procurement.

You will ensure compliance with finance and project processes, support labour and payroll tasks, and drive continuous improvement across projects, while promoting standardisation and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project managers with standardised processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with finance/process tools and payroll basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide process and system guidance to Project Support Coordinators and Project Managers.
• Manage timesheets, labour coding, and payroll related inputs as per Working Rule Agreement.
• Ensure timely processing of requisitions, GRNs and project financial reporting.
