Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Project Support Team Leader to drive operational delivery of key process and administrative activities for Murphy project sites. They will be the knowledge expert for the Project Support Function and lead 5–8 Project Support Coordinators.

The role requires proficiency with the MSD 365 system, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement within Murphy's project delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience of managing a small team.
• Experience in construction industry or transaction/administration role is preferred.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of key processes for Project Managers at Murphy project sites.
• Act as process custodian for finance and project processes (requisitions, GRN orders, reporting).
• Support labour processes (timesheets, coding, overtime requests) and ensure system usage accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement and share best practices across projects.
