City St George’s, University of London is seeking a full-time administrator to support the Digital Innovation and Transformation Office (DiTO). The role involves coordinating projects, managing enquiries, maintaining budgets and supporting digital platforms and pilots.
The position ends 31 July 2027 and may be offered as a fixed-term role or secondment. Strong organisation, communication and MS 365 skills are essential, with experience in financial administration highly desirable.

– City St George's Digital Innovation and Transformation Office (DiTO) accelerates digital change across education and research. This full time fixed term role or secondment provides project, service and administrative support across an allocated part of DiTO's portfolio. It will support coordination, shared enquiries, digital platforms and pilots, workshops, financial administration, reporting and evaluation. Priorities will vary as the portfolio evolves. The role reports to the Digital Transformation Project Manager (Education and Student Experience) and ends on 31 July 2027.
