An exciting opportunity has arisen for a WTE Band 4 Project Support Officer to support the Head of Digital Programmes and team with the successful delivery of digital projects.
The post holder will work with the team in the development of future modules of TrakCare, the Trust’s EPR solution, and associated projects.
The post holder will be required to use appropriate technologies and equipment to provide an efficient, effective, comprehensive, and timely administrative service to the programme team and other senior staff. This includes updating and creating project documentation in line with PRINCE2 methodologies using Smartsheet. An excellent attention to detail is essential to ensure all products meet the high standards set by the team.
The post holder must be confident in communicating with stakeholders, management, and staff using various methods. They will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective use of the new system and that any new or improved processes are followed.
A key element of the role involves training staff on new technologies. The applicant must be able to quickly understand current working practices and convert them into process maps. Experience in developing training materials and delivering training is desirable.
The post holder must be able to prioritise and self-manage their workload and project elements.
