The Southwark Highways team is evolving, with exciting opportunities, new ways of working, and a record of delivery. We're looking for enthusiastic Project Support Officers to join the team and help us create better links with the public and across the council. The Highways team maintains roads and footways, designs improvement schemes, and collaborates with the community. The Project Support team works alongside these functions to deliver better outcomes for residents.
About You
We’re seeking candidates with a positive approach to problem-solving, who work well in teams, and are comfortable driving innovation. You should understand customer care delivery, have experience interacting with the public in advisory or problem-solving roles, and possess strong IT and administrative skills, especially in handling data.
