?️ Your Role: The Connector Behind the Scenes

As our French-Speaking Project Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our design, sales, and logistics teams—ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client service, especially in French-speaking territories.

? What You’ll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end lighting projects across the UK and Francophone regions
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and project teams in both French and English
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables with sharp attention to detail
• Support the design and sales team with documentation, logistics, and client updates
• Prepare technical quotes, order confirmations, and project documentation
• Manage records in CRM and order management systems
• Oversee shipping schedules and proactively solve supply chain issues
• Assist with planning site visits, handovers, and team meetings

? Who You Are

• ? Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – Essential
• ?️ Experienced in project coordination or administrative support – Essential
• ? Background in architectural or decorative lighting – Ideal but not essential
• ? A multitasker with razor-sharp organisational skills
