Job description

Project Support Coordinator with excellent organisation, admin and communication skills? We’re currently helping Route 101 hire a Project Support Coordinator to support a large-scale cloud contact centre deployment for a key client of theirs.

Salary: £30,000-£37,500

Location: Manchester 3 days

No sponsorship offered

The role:

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to support project delivery across all phases. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Project Managers very closely with coordinating tasks, milestones and documentation.
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Managing project documentation, RAID logs, and governance reporting
  • Coordinating change and release management processes

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience of project coordination on IT projects
  • Very strong administrative skills
  • Good communication
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of PRINCE2 and Agile project environments
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

The salary & benefits:

  • £30,000-£37,500 per annum
  • Hybrid working between home and Manchester. 2-3 days onsite.
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days with tenure)
  • Pension scheme: 5% employee + 4% employer (scaling up to 9% employee + 8% employer matched)
