Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Supervisor (Mechanical) in Lincoln. You will join a well-established specialist installation business and oversee site installations, with full training provided and a clear path to Project Manager.

The role is permanent, based in Lincoln with an even mix of office and site work. You will review drawings, coordinate logistics, support commissioning and fault diagnostics, and drive projects through to completion.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Organised with some supervisory experience.
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites as required.

Project Supervisor (Mechanical)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Full Training + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Progression to Project Manager + 30 Days Holiday

Lincoln (Commutable from: Newark-on-Trent, Sleaford, Grantham, Gainsborough, Retford, Market Rasen, Scunthorpe)

Have you got mechanical experience? Are you looking for a Project Supervisor position where you will be fully trained on specialist equipment, and overall project management?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established specialist installation business, where you will take ownership of site installs, work closely with experienced internal staff and subcontract teams, and be supported as the company grows this division year on year.

This well-established company have a reputation for working on a variety of projects. Due to continued growth plans within their installation arm, they are now looking to add an additional Project Supervisor to help take projects through to completion and support expansion to the next stage.

In this role you will be office based in Lincoln you will be fully trained to oversee the installation of works. It will be an even mix of office and site-based work and you will have thorough training.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Mechanical or Electrical background looking for long-term development, specialist training on unique machinery, and progression towards managing major projects.

The Role:

• Project supervision and coordination of site installations
