Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Supervisor (Mechanical) in Lincoln. You will join a well-established specialist installation business and oversee site installations, with full training provided and a clear path to Project Manager.

The role is permanent, based in Lincoln with an even mix of office and site work. You will review drawings, coordinate logistics, support commissioning and fault diagnostics, and drive projects through to completion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Organised with some supervisory experience.
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Project supervision and coordination of site installations.
• Checking drawings, organising logistics, and signing off completed works.
• Supporting commissioning/testing and carrying out fault diagnostics.
• Receiving full Project Management training.
