Job summary

Team BMS in Essex seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead a range of building services projects from inception to handover. You’ll take ownership of programmes, budgets and quality, coordinating with clients, contractors and suppliers to deliver on time and to high standards.

• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractors and project resources.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
