Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Supervisor to join ADT Major Project Group in the UK. You will support health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor oversight, delivering major projects for key clients with a focus on staying ahead of schedules and costs.

You will lead an onsite team, coordinate with the Project Manager, and nurture client relationships while promoting best practices and professional conduct on site.

Qualifications

• Driving license required.
• Experience in customer-facing environments preferred.
• Experience managing field teams in Fire & Security industry is beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• People management abilities with team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management for UK projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and maintain client relationships to meet financial and performance targets.
• Provide day-to-day direction to onsite teams and ensure timely delivery of tasks and priorities.
