Qualifications

• Driving licence required.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing field teams in Fire & Security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• People management skills with ability to develop and manage a team.
• Electrical background.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Ability to keep operatives productive and maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Join ADT Major Project Group to oversee large UK construction projects.
• Work with the Project Manager focusing on health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management.
• Develop relationships with customers and deliver on key projects for clients.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to on-site team, outlining priorities and tasks.
• Deliver on time and against common strategy, driving best practice across the team.
• Motivate and empower the onsite team to meet objectives.
